1. Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from DynoApe come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Wear and tear from normal use
Consumables, batteries, or software issues
2. How to Claim Warranty
If your product develops a fault covered under warranty:

Provide your order number, product details, and description of the issue
Follow our instructions for repair, replacement, or return
3. Repairs
Repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers or the manufacturer.
Turnaround time for repairs varies depending on the product and issue.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Replacement & Refunds
If a product cannot be repaired:
We will offer a replacement product of the same model
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method
5. Important Notes
Keep your proof of purchase / invoice safe – it is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty claims must be made within the stated warranty period.
DynoApe Ltd reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if terms are not met.
