Warranty & Repairs

1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from DynoApe come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Consumables, batteries, or software issues

2. How to Claim Warranty

If your product develops a fault covered under warranty:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and description of the issue

  3. Follow our instructions for repair, replacement, or return

3. Repairs

  • Repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers or the manufacturer.

  • Turnaround time for repairs varies depending on the product and issue.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Replacement & Refunds

If a product cannot be repaired:

  • We will offer a replacement product of the same model

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

5. Important Notes

  • Keep your proof of purchase / invoice safe – it is required for all warranty claims.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the stated warranty period.

  • DynoApe Ltd reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if terms are not met.
