UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days – £3.95
Free on orders over £50.

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days – £6.95

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri.

Orders placed before 1 pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the same working day.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused

• In original packaging

• In resaleable condition

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

How to Return

1. Contact our support team at support@dynoape.co.uk to request a return.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Send the parcel to the return address provided in the instructions.
